Those are the v4l-utils with dynamic libraries for RHEL6, compiled for
EPEL6.

Unfortunately, we can't update the EPEL packages, because they would
be overriding an existing package at RHEL.

So, the official EPEL packages use static libraries. Let's keep the
dynamic library ones here, if one needs it.
